LIS or Extra Help

This is a program which helps whith drug coverage. Being on this program also give you access to certain Medicare Advantage plans with lower cost

Medicare Savings Programs

There are 4 levels to these programs based on Income. They are administered by the State Medicaid office. They can help with paying the Part B premium and also copays and other cost.

For people on full Medicaid,  there are certain Medicare Advantage plans Available, which can offer lower cost and increased benefits.
